2. Services Offered
iSELF provides mental health, counseling, psychiatric, nutritional, and general wellness consultations, both in-person and online.
All services are delivered by qualified professionals under strict ethical and confidentiality standards.
3. Booking & Payments
All sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm a booking.
Accepted payment methods will be listed on our booking platform.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel booked sessions under the following terms:
24+ hours before session: 100% refund
12–24 hours before session: 50% refund
Less than 12 hours before session or no-show: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days using the original payment method.

5. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Rescheduling less than 12 hours before your session is considered a late cancellation and may incur charges.
All rescheduling is subject to the availability of the selected professional.
6. Service Provider Unavailability
If a scheduled service provider becomes unavailable:
You may choose to reschedule the session at no extra cost, or Request a full refund.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and consultations.
Show up on time for scheduled sessions.
Not record or distribute sessions without written consent from the service provider.
Refrain from abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or providers.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
iSELF is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection:
Your personal and health data is confidential and stored securely.
Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law (e.g., risk of harm or child protection).

9. Use of Online Platforms
iSELF’s website and booking systems may use cookies for performance and personalization. You can manage these in your browser settings.
You agree not to misuse the online platform, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or engaging in fraud.

iSELF and its team are not liable for:
Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Issues caused by internet connectivity or third-party platform failures during online sessions.
Decisions you make based on consultation advice; services are meant for support and guidance, not as a substitute for emergency or hospital-based care.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party platforms for payments, telehealth, or communication.
While we ensure they meet privacy standards, iSELF is not responsible for their individual privacy practices or terms of use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations and legal procedures.
