Return Policy

At iSELF, we value your time and commitment. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both clients and service providers regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Pre-Payment Requirement

  • All sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
  • A confirmed booking is only valid after successful payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 24 hours before session: Full refund of the session fee.
  • 12–24 hours before session: 50% refund of the session fee.
  • Less than 12 hours before session or no-show: No refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment within Maximum 15 working days.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur charges.
  • Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the professional.

4. Service Provider Unavailability

  • If a service provider is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice to:
    • Reschedule the session at a later date, OR
    • Receive a full refund of the session fee.

5. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, refund and rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • iSELF reserves the right to make exceptions at its discretion.
